Cancellation Policy
Peak Season (May 15th - October 15th):
Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to your arrival date for a refund.
A deposit of one night plus taxes is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within seven days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
Off-Season (October 16th - May 14th):
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date for a refund.
A deposit of one night plus taxes is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable.

Prices and Taxes:
Nightly rates are exclusive of 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT).
Rates are based on availability and are subject to change.
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends in July, August, and September. Check availability for some one-night stays or call 613-242-0203.
Payment and Terms:
One night stay plus taxes are due at the time of booking. The remainder is due 72 hours prior to your arrival. We may pre-authorize your card at the time of booking; this is not a payment but will hold the funds.
