All nightly rates are exclusive of 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT).

Minimum Stay Requirements
June–October Booking Policy: All weekend stays from June through October require a 2-night minimum. Occasionally, unsold rooms may be released for 1-night stays closer to booking dates and based on availability—these are available for new bookings only and do not apply to existing reservations.
Payment & Terms
A deposit of one night + taxes is due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your arrival.
We may pre-authorize your card at the time of booking — this is not a charge but a temporary hold. A $250 pre-authorization may be placed on your card to cover potential damages, missing items, minibar usage, incidentals, or extra cleaning. Charges will only be applied if necessary after inspection.
Please note:
If damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning fees exceed the $250 pre-authorized amount, the guest is financially responsible for the full cost of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning. In such cases, the guest’s credit card on file will be charged for the additional amount, and a detailed breakdown will be provided.
Late Check-Out Policy
We’re happy to offer late check-out until 12:30 PM for a fee of $25.00 + tax.
This option is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

Dog Policy
We welcome one dog under 30 lbs per suite. A pet cleaning fee of $42.50 + tax applies. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a dog.
Dog Guidelines:

Dogs must be on a leash in common areas.

Must be under control at all times.

Dogs may not be left alone in the room, even if crated. This is non-negotiable.

If a dog is found to be left unattended, guests may be asked to leave without refund.

Smoking Policy
All Cribs units are 100% non-smoking indoors. A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for non-compliance to cover basic cleaning and odor removal.
Please note:
If additional cleaning, repairs, or replacement of items (such as linens, furniture, or fixtures) are required to restore the unit to its smoke-free condition, the guest is financially responsible for all associated costs exceeding the minimum fee. In such cases, the guest’s credit card on file will be charged for the additional amount, and a detailed breakdown will be provided.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only — please be respectful and safe.
Accessibility & Special Needs
Cribs is not fully accessible at this time. However, Suite 7 is our most barrier-friendly option, featuring:

Grip bars in the bathroom for additional support
Parking
Free parking is available in our rear lot (behind Books & Company on Main Street).
Each parking spot is marked with your room number.
Use of Personal Information
Your personal information is used solely for booking and communication with Cribs. We do not share or sell any information to third parties.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes or unresolved matters will be addressed directly by the Owner.
Cancellation Policy
Peak Season (May 15 – October 15):

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival for a refund.

A deposit of one night + taxes is required at booking.

Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.
Off-Season (October 16 – May 14):

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival for a refund.

Group Cancellation Policy
For 3 or more rooms, full payment is required in advance.
