Prices and Taxes - NIGHTLY RATES Exclusive of 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) AND 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT)

Rates are based on availability and are subject to change. Any rate changes will not be matched or refunded after your booking is confirmed

2 NIGHT MINIMUM WEEKENDS July,  August  & Sept. & Holidays. Check availability for some 1 night stays or call 613-242-0203

Payment and Terms - One night stay + taxes due at the time of booking. Remainder due 72 hours prior to your arrival. We may pre-authorize your card at the time of booking. This is not a payment but will hold the funds.

$250 SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE PRE-AUTHORIZED ON YOUR CARD FOR DAMAGE, MISSING ITEMS, MINI-BAR, INCIDENTALS, AND IN THE EVENT THAT EXTRA CLEANING IS NEEDED TO RE-RENT THE UNIT. ONCE THE UNIT HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND INVENTORY IS TAKEN A CHARGE MAY BE TAKEN DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE UNIT.

Smoking - Cribs units are all Non-Smoking. $250 will be charged for non-compliance.  You may smoke responsibly outside of your unit. 

 

Accessibility & Special Needs

At this time, we regret that Cribs is not fully accessible. However, Suite 7 is our most barrier-friendly option, featuring a curbless shower, lowered countertops, and grip bars in the washroom for added support and comfort.


Parking - Parking free and in our back parking lot. (Behind Books & Company on Main Street) Your parking space is marked by your room number. 

Dispute Resolution/Problems - All disputes will be directed to the Owner. 

Use of Personal information - Collection of personal information is for the use of Cribs only, and will never be provided to third parties. 

 

Dog Policy
Guests must notify us in advance if they are bringing a pet.

Only one dog under 30 lbs is permitted per suite. A pet cleaning fee of $42.50 + tax applies. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all common areas and under control at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and staff.

Important: Dogs may not be left alone in the room at any time, even if crated. This is non-negotiable.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring a dog. A detailed dog policy will be emailed to you separately. If it is suspected that a dog has been left unattended in the suite, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund.

 

Cancellation Policy

Peak Season (May 15th - October 15th):

Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to your arrival date for a refund.

A deposit of one night plus taxes is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made within seven days of the arrival date are non-refundable.


Off-Season (October 16th - May 14th):

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date for a refund.

A deposit of one night plus taxes is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable.

Group Cancellation Policy

For bookings of 3 or more rooms, full payment is required in advance.

  • Cancellations or modifications made 14 days or more before arrival: A 50% cancellation fee will apply to the total booking amount, with the remaining balance refunded.

Cancellations or modifications within 14 days of arrival: The full payment is non-refundable.
