Prices and Taxes - NIGHTLY RATES Exclusive of 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) AND 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT)
Rates are based on availability and are subject to change. Any rate changes will not be matched or refunded after your booking is confirmed

Payment and Terms - One night stay + taxes due at the time of booking. Remainder due 72 hours prior to your arrival. We may pre-authorize your card at the time of booking. This is not a payment but will hold the funds.
$250 SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE PRE-AUTHORIZED ON YOUR CARD FOR DAMAGE, MISSING ITEMS, MINI-BAR, INCIDENTALS, AND IN THE EVENT THAT EXTRA CLEANING IS NEEDED TO RE-RENT THE UNIT. ONCE THE UNIT HAS BEEN INSPECTED AND INVENTORY IS TAKEN A CHARGE MAY BE TAKEN DEPENDING ON THE CONDITION OF THE UNIT.
Smoking - Cribs units are all Non-Smoking. $250 will be charged for non-compliance. You may smoke responsibly outside of your unit.
Accessibility or Special Needs - At this time we regret that Cribs is not accessible, however we do have a barrier friendly room. Please inquire.
Parking - Parking free and in our back parking lot. (Behind Books & Company on Main Street) Your parking space is marked by your room number.
Dispute Resolution/Problems - All disputes will be directed to the Owner.
Use of Personal information - Collection of personal information is for the use of Cribs only, and will never be provided to third parties.
Pet Policy:
GUEST MUST NOTIFY US IF THEY ARE BRINGING A PET. YOUR PET MUST NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE ROOM, EVEN IF CRATED. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Dog Policy -
One Dog under 30 lbs - permitted. Pet Cleaning Fee of $42.50 + taxes applies. Dogs must be on leash in common areas of the hotel and kept under control to maintain the safety and comfort of all guests and staff. Please let us know during the time of booking if you are bringing a dog. Please review our dog policy email that will be sent to you separately for further details. If it is suspected that you have left a dog alone in your room, even if crated, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund.
Cancellation Policy
Peak Season (May 15th - October 15th):
Cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to your arrival date for a refund.
A deposit of one night plus taxes is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within seven days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
Off-Season (October 16th - May 14th):
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date for a refund.
A deposit of one night plus taxes is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable.
Group Cancellation Policy
For bookings of 3 or more rooms, full payment is required in advance.

Cancellations or modifications made 14 days or more before arrival: A 50% cancellation fee will apply to the total booking amount, with the remaining balance refunded.
Cancellations or modifications within 14 days of arrival: The full payment is non-refundable.
